Job Summary

Lead and coordinate end-to-end HR Operations delivery across the assigned country or countries. Manage advisors to build capability, drive awareness and monitoring discipline, and improve team performance. Ensure strong service performance and customer experience by leveraging planning, metrics, and stakeholder insights to meet SLAs, embed continuous improvement, champion AI adoption in workflows, and partner with Payroll and other HR teams to support project delivery.

•Provide end-to-end HR operations support for the assigned country or countries and ensure capability, awareness, and monitoring drive the right outcomes.
•Manage advisors and build capability, awareness, monitoring discipline, and HR Operations team performance.
•Lead talent recruiting, developing, and sustaining an engaged, empowered team focused on compliance and high performance.
•Champion AI adoption in HR Operations by integrating AI tools into workflows and coaching responsible AI usage.
•Create a high-performance culture by using planning, metrics, and customer insights to meet Service Level Agreements and resolve service issues with customer groups.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience.
•Experience with HR systems such as Workday (or related technology) is highly desirable.
•Previous people management experience with a large, multi-lingual team is ideal.
•Experience engaging, motivating, and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
•Ability to demonstrate delivery against rigorous SLAs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
