Job Summary

Lead the Sales Engineering & Effectiveness (SEE) function to optimize deal support, data-driven sales strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling and deal desk operations, developing playbooks and onboarding programs for the SEE team.
•Set strategy and direct the work to identify target health systems, IPAs, Switchers and networks, coordinating deal support for key accounts with Sales Engineers and informing segment campaigns.
•Establish, monitor and enforce SLAs for complex deal modeling and drive a self-service model for standard opportunities; steer the SEE roadmap to automate data-model workflows and optimize user experience.
•Hire, coach, develop and mentor a team of 3+ SMEs to support the Growth organization and ensure high performance.
•Attend cross-functional meetings with senior leadership (GLT) to ensure collaboration and effective teamwork.

•Bachelor's degree
•10+ years of progressive working experience
•5+ years of relevant sales, operations and/or sales management experience in healthcare with healthcare providers

•Ability to hire, coach, develop and mentor a team of SMEs (3+ team members) and lead cross-functional initiatives
