Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage individual construction tasks, including submittal and RFI processes, change order management, punch-list management, and close-out documentation transition to operations.
  • •Support project governance by helping establish processes, systems, and issue/action logs, including meeting minutes transcription and driving items to closure.
  • •Contribute to reporting for the client, including monthly reporting and preparation of project management reports and executive dashboards.
  • •Support procurement and project cost management by tracking costs/spending and maintaining EVM systems, liaising with finance to review and report cost data.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience (recent graduates with less than two years).
  • •Bachelors and/or Masters degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to support project delivery by managing tasks through construction processes (e.g., submittals and RFI processes).
  • •Willingness to participate in the program development for approximately 2 years based on competency achievement.
