Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end federal contract lifecycle activities including proposal support, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
  • •Ensure compliance with FAR and agency-specific regulations, contract terms, and required contract deliverables (including CDRLs).
  • •Oversee GSA Schedule maintenance and reporting, including modifications and product/service catalog updates.
  • •Advise leadership on contract terms, risk, regulatory requirements, and contractual strategies; monitor regulatory changes and impacts.
  • •Draft, review, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications; support dispute resolution and handle audits/reporting (e.g., CPARS).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA Schedule/contract vehicle management.
  • •3–5 years of experience in federal contract management with GovCon experience required.
  • •Experience negotiating teaming agreements and familiarity with joint venture structures.
  • •Demonstrated CDRL tracking and contract deliverable management, including reviewing proposals for contractual compliance prior to submission.
  • •Professional certification strongly preferred (CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM) and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
