Partner with business leaders as an embedded Associate HR Business Partner to support HR programs that strengthen leadership engagement and employee relations. Help drive recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning, while ensuring HR compliance across the employee lifecycle. Use Workday/AskHR and reporting to resolve employee relations issues, guide policy interpretation, and recommend improvements. Coach business partners and support junior HR team members, contributing to a positive employee experience.

•Support implementation of HR programs and policies to strengthen leadership engagement and employee relations.
•Act as an employee advocate and culture ambassador aligned to company values.
•Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to meet business talent needs.
•Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and resolve employee relations issues with leadership.
•Use HR data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
•Knowledge of HR systems and administration of benefits, compensation, and related programs.
•Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), plus payroll database software.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with groups; travel 5–10% as needed.
