Professional Nurse - Psychiatric (Mediclinic Neuro, George, ZA, York and G)

Deliver safe, comprehensive psychiatric nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team. Lead and coordinate nursing teams to support optimal patient outcomes while identifying, preventing, and managing risks to ensure patient safety. Provide accurate nursing documentation, maintain infection prevention and control practices, and develop a learning environment that builds staff competence. Ensure nursing care plans are developed and that stock and equipment are correctly charted.
