Key Responsibilities

•Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
•Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
•Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications, aspect ratios, and attention spans.
•Collaborate with the media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
•Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms.
