Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as functional administrator of the GRC platform (Optro), handling system maintenance, configuration, testing, user support, and continuous development.
  • •Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled internal control solutions, including standalone and integrated approaches.
  • •Develop and enhance internal control dashboards, reporting capabilities, and data insights.
  • •Support continuous improvement of the global internal control environment through training, user support, communication, and knowledge-sharing.
  • •Participate in cross-functional Group projects and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners on digital risk and control solutions.
