Principal Associate, Accounting

Support accounting, controls, and internal management reporting for the Card Controllers Team, owning balance sheet reconciliations and daily partner settlements. Lead Card Settlement & Reconciliation workflows with oversight of daily and monthly control executions, guide a team of associates, and manage a third-party staffing vendor. Partner across the organization on technology implementations, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process efficiency/automation initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and audit support.
