Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sales, profitability, productivity, and overall business performance for the assigned cluster; deliver commercial and operational KPIs through planning and execution.
  • •Drive commercial excellence across metrics including LFL growth, gross margin, conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP, sell-through, and sales productivity; use data-driven interventions to close performance gaps.
  • •Strengthen portfolio and market leadership by identifying opportunities for new stores, relocation, resizing, expansion, renovation, consolidation, and developing data-backed business cases.
  • •Ensure consistent retail operations and brand execution across franchise stores via store visits, business reviews, and compliance audits, implementing corrective actions.
  • •Coach and develop Store Managers, manage performance/succession planning and employee engagement, and build strong franchise partner relationships to protect brand standards and improve capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • •5–8 years of retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store or cluster management experience.
  • •Experience managing franchise-operated stores is preferred.
  • •Desirable experience in sportswear, footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
