Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis, repair, and startup of equipment/systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge software/technology and a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience, with technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • •Working proficiency with hand-held computer devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
  • •EPA Certification required.
