Job Summary

Drive a premium VIP hospitality experience for The Truth by welcoming and recognizing Live Nation executives and VIP guests. Serve as an information resource for guests across lounges and music areas, assist with timing for supporting and headliner acts, and coordinate with on-site staff to support arrivals. Maintain the Vinyl Room/lounge atmosphere, anticipate guest needs, and deliver professional, safety-focused guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage.
•Serve as an information resource for guests regarding their experience in lounges and music areas.
•Assist guests regarding the timing of supporting acts and headliner acts.
•Coordinate with the Ancillary Manager, bar staff, and servers regarding guest arrivals and provide assistance to enhance guest experience.
•Maintain constant observation of the Vinyl Room/lounge area, uphold ambiance, anticipate guest needs, and provide superior service in a safe, enjoyable environment.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Strong problem-solving, diplomacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
•Verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills for guest-facing service.
•Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy; must have a flexible schedule.
