Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform monthly settlement of active projects and ensure revenue and cost recognition according to internal policies, US GAAP, and project milestones.
  • •Ensure accurate posting of project costs, accruals, and revenue adjustments, and reconcile project P&L and balance sheet accounts.
  • •Investigate discrepancies and perform timely corrections; monitor GR/IR flow and resolve mismatches or aged items cross-functionally.
  • •Support commercial finance with financial analysis, cost tracking, and forecast alignment; monitor flow business operations for accurate reporting.
  • •Drive improvements in project accounting processes and internal controls, support audits with schedules and documentation, and participate in system upgrades/UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in project accounting and POC models in an international or shared service environment.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong SAP knowledge.
  • •Fluency in English; other European language skills (Swedish especially) are appreciated.
  • •Solution-focused, structured, detail-oriented approach with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
