Key Responsibilities

•Operate plant equipment including shredders, separators, conveyors, screens, and bagging systems.
•Monitor material flow and equipment performance; adjust settings to meet quality and recovery targets.
•Perform routine sampling, testing, and quality checks to support process and metallurgical control.
•Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-control issues and support planned maintenance.
•Record key operational data such as tonnage, downtime, system changes, and recovery metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•2-5 years' experience in industrial, mining, processing, or plant operations preferred.
•Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency in the safe operation of forklifts and other industrial material-handling equipment.
•Basic understanding of process control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
•Ability to read gauges, interpret data, and follow technical procedures.
•Proficiency with basic computer tools including Excel, email, and production reporting systems.
