Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate plant equipment including shredders, separators, conveyors, screens, and bagging systems.
  • •Monitor material flow and equipment performance; adjust settings to meet quality and recovery targets.
  • •Perform routine sampling, testing, and quality checks to support process and metallurgical control.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-control issues and support planned maintenance.
  • •Record key operational data such as tonnage, downtime, system changes, and recovery metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years' experience in industrial, mining, processing, or plant operations preferred.
  • •Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency in the safe operation of forklifts and other industrial material-handling equipment.
  • •Basic understanding of process control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
  • •Ability to read gauges, interpret data, and follow technical procedures.
