Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling.
  • •Handle roof and rocker panel repairs and other large-area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Complete additional bodywork tasks as needed to prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
  • •Work in state-of-the-art Inspection Centers using required tools and equipment.
  • •Support business needs by being able to work mandatory overtime, including some weekend availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments).
