Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and guide short- and long-term materials cost strategies aligned with manufacturing priorities and business goals.
  • •Lead initiatives across multiple functions to identify, prioritize, and deliver materials cost reduction opportunities with measurable results.
  • •Provide technical leadership for handling materials-related expenditures and guide priorities and decisions across sites.
  • •Structure and lead cross-site programs, including prioritization, breakthroughs, tracking, and risk management.

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, materials, or cost optimization.
  • •Strong understanding of Front End processes and materials, with a proven track record leading complex, multi-functional initiatives.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • •Ability to prioritize challenging demands and deliver measurable results.
  • •Experience with governance, analytics, or automation is welcome; willingness to travel as needed.
