Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, or license suspension) in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to meet physical and safety requirements for ladder use, confined-access areas, and regular lifting/moving, plus wearing required PPE (helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, safety boots).
