Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Site Experience and Visual Communications department personnel with needed job functions
  • •Maintain documentation for drives, templates, SOPs, and related materials; create and maintain inventory and maintenance logs
  • •Partner with the project manager to onboard staff and maintain staff databases; manage regular communication with management
  • •Support show operations by advancing items needed, equipment/site needs, and travel details; attend production/operations meetings
  • •Process seasonal employee hours, respond to payroll inquiries, support expense tracking, and ensure safe working conditions
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 16.5 - 25

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years festival and concert tour experience
  • •Thorough understanding of various aspects of festival production
  • •Proficient in MAC/PC and well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • •Valid and current driver license and U.S. Passport
  • •OSHA 10 Certification required
