Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of scalable commerce platform integrations across product catalog, order management, fulfillment, merchant onboarding, customer service, and partner ecosystem infrastructure.
•Build distributed systems for cross-platform synchronization of products, orders, fulfillment, reviews, and merchant operations.
•Drive architecture decisions for reliability, scalability, API quality, merchant experience, and operational stability.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership via system design reviews, architecture and code reviews, and technical mentorship.
•Partner with product, operations, partner, and engineering teams to improve merchant onboarding, retention, growth, and platform adoption while solving complex integration problems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
•7+ years building scalable backend or distributed systems for commerce platforms, marketplace infrastructure, payment systems, ERP systems, SaaS integrations, or similar platforms.
•2+ years experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead Manager in high-scale organizations while staying hands-on in architecture and execution.
•Strong backend engineering proficiency in Java, Golang, Python, or similar modern programming languages.
•Deep expertise in system design, scalability, reliability engineering, and high-availability distributed systems.
