Job Summary

Support field survey crews by collecting accurate data for topographic design, construction staking, and utility surveys for WSP’s Oil and Gas Team. Act as an on-site representative, participate in daily job hazard analysis meetings, locate and probe gas lines, record legible field notes, and coordinate with landowners by referring concerns to senior surveyors and client representatives while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the on-site representative for WSP in the field.
•Attend daily Job Hazard Analysis meetings with the field crew.
•Locate and probe existing company gas lines and support utility surveying activities.
•Collect topographical survey data on major terrain features and take field notes.
•Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures while collaborating with engineers, scientists, project control, and other technicians.
