Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist teams with preparing and prioritizing the backlog, planning work in realistic increments, and running daily discussions around progress, blockers, and next steps.
  • •Help teams review completed work, gather feedback, and agree on improvements for the next cycle.
  • •Bring the right people into decisions, raise risks early, and manage dependencies before they slow delivery.
  • •Simplify handoffs, reduce manual reporting, and make information easier to find.
  • •Use AI to prepare summaries, organize knowledge, identify patterns, and give teams quicker access to information needed for delivery.

Salary: USD 144,000 - 270,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience leading Agile projects, program delivery, product operations, engineering operations, or similar work.
  • •Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles with examples of process improvements using team feedback or delivery data.
  • •Ability to communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to teammates, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders.
  • •Hands-on experience setting up or improving AI-assisted workflows, including coding tools such as Claude/Codex.
