•Lead delivery of complex environmental remediation projects from planning through execution for oil and gas clients.
•Drive revenue and profit margin performance, ensuring projects complete without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
•Manage project risk and uncertainty, directing project managers to recognize and mitigate risks (including RTF projects).
•Supervise and direct project managers overseeing multiple projects or programs, and manage claims exposure.
•Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS and 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

•10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting oil & gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients (preferred).
•Proven ability managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects across scope, schedule, budget, and quality (preferred).
