Branch Manager

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver exceptional client service and drive small business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition. Manage branch operations and compliance, ensure timely completion of operational and regulatory tasks, and execute the Branch Playbook to hit branch goals. Build local community connections using outside calling and centers of influence, manage staffing and schedules, and provide performance management through observational coaching and joint sales calls.
