  • •Support the Store Manager to achieve store sales, profit targets, and store KPIs
  • •Lead service standards on the sales floor and maximize selling time while leading the team
  • •Manage scheduling, team training (foundational and seasonal brand/product knowledge), and recruitment
  • •Ensure legal and financial integrity, cash register accuracy, and implement loss prevention policies
  • •Drive omnichannel/digital consumer journey initiatives by coaching the store team on related sales tools

Key Requirements
