Lead the REMOS organization responsible for AllianzGI’s global real estate footprint and office services across 20+ locations. •Define, implement, and evolve the REMOS strategy aligned with business priorities, including transition to an integrated operating model.
•Ensure location management accountability and a consistent, high-quality day-to-day employee experience across Europe, the US, and AP offices.
•Lead and expand office services (service point operations, catering and reception, chauffeur/driver services) while driving service quality and vendor performance.
•Own REMOS financial steering with budget control, cost transparency, and business case governance for real estate and office projects.
•Lead and develop the global REMOS organization, build talent pipelines, ensure compliance and operational readiness, and sponsor large-scale initiatives.
