Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain personal hygiene and correct uniform standards and uphold brand standards in daily work.
  • •Prepare and produce food items to required standards, including serving/preparing foods at correct temperatures.
  • •Maintain cleanliness in your designated section, including equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
  • •Prepare mis-en-place, support receiving deliveries, and clear down and clean the section at the end of duties.
  • •Handle guest complaints and enquiries promptly and professionally, while following labeling/dating and legal/statutory food safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar position in a 5-star property for at least 1 year
  • •Fluency in spoken English
