Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
  • •Establish global GAM governance and act as primary escalation point for platform, allocation, Capex, GTM, pricing, NPD, and capacity/supply decisions.
  • •Drive account expansion via cross-sell/upsell with solution architects and product/marketing/operations teams.
  • •Own revenue growth and profitability outcomes, including forecasting accuracy and end-to-end margin for assigned accounts.
  • •Lead QBRs and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver execution milestones and manage relationship/delivery risks.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in the electrical industry in account management/sales/client services.
  • •10+ years in regional or global roles, demonstrating enterprise account leadership.
  • •Proven ability to manage a P&L (revenue, margin, costs).
  • •Experience with data center segment customers (e.g., hyperscalers/colocation providers) and successful negotiation/management of complex, high-value global accounts.
