Key Responsibilities

•Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
•Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
•Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
•Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
•Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
•Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing; Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
•Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training
