Key Responsibilities

•Complete three rotations (three six-month or two nine-month rotations) across different AFEMEA teams and functions.
•Work on a range of projects from day one and actively participate in decisions with direct business impact.
•Develop your skills in an international, diverse environment with hands-on learning.
•Prepare for and participate in the recruitment process stages (video/telephone interview, online tests, and assessment center).
•Use the permanent-contract graduate experience to grow and progress within Amcor.

Key Requirements

•Master’s/Honours degree in controlling, engineering, finance, commercial, human resources, material science, polymers, chemistry, or physics.
•Up to two years’ work experience.
•Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities.
•Strong business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
•Good written and spoken English (fluency in other languages is a plus) and a collaborative style.
