Key Responsibilities

•Undertake property site inspections by taking notes, capturing evidential photos, and recording construction specification, building services, fixtures and finishes, and external works.
•Conduct measurements for properties, focusing on accurate Gross internal Areas using digital measurement software such as CostX.
•Build reinstatement cost assessments for entire premises in their present form, including allowances for site clearance, temporary works, prescribed fees, party walls, and professional fees in line with the RICS guide.
•Gather and analyze cost data from online databases and publications, internal publications, and costs provided by developer clients.
•Travel to assessed properties across the UK, EMEA, and sometimes globally as required by centrally managed workload.

•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly with people at all seniority levels.
•Diligent, proactive, able to prioritise and act on your own initiative.
•Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team and with customers.
•RCA experience is an advantage; a willingness to learn is essential.
•A full driving license and willingness to travel around the UK, Europe and globally when necessary.
