Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine inspection priorities and assign tasks to Quality Control Inspectors to support operational demand.
  • •Engage with Site OTR and Shop Operations to identify priorities, and forecast resources needed based on demand and workload.
  • •Perform inspection activities across supplied parts and assemblies, verifying compliance with specified technical requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Identify non-conforming product and manage tagging/labeling, reporting via Non Conformance Management (NCM), and controls to prevent inadvertent use.
  • •Extract and roll out MRB requirements, support customer MRB review, and lead or participate in root cause and non-conformance analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management systems with ability in policy and procedure writing.
  • •Working knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry technical and regulatory framework.
  • •Experience with formal Quality Management Systems and standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and API Q2.
  • •NDT level II inspection certification.
