Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute project procurement strategies for materials, equipment, integration solutions, field services, and related services aligned to engineering requirements and sourcing plans.
  • •Manage the end-to-end RFQ process for complex technical scopes, from supplier identification through commercial evaluation.
  • •Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers for project-specific needs, assessing technical capabilities, commercial fit, quality standards, compliance, and suitability.
  • •Lead and support commercial negotiations with suppliers, coordinating with Commodity Managers to secure purchasing agreements and risk mitigation.
  • •Monitor and manage supplier performance during project execution and ensure compliance with SCM policies, governance, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in procurement for complex engineering projects in hyperscale or industrial environments.
  • •Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and integration requirements.
  • •Experience in program management, deploying and coordinating standard use of tools and processes.
  • •Track record of leading and/or participating in complex change management efforts.
