Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by observing children and helping meet their individual needs. Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly learning environment and assist with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides and teammates to strengthen classroom community and help children develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning at their own pace.
