Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from press, stack, place on pallets, and retrieve bundled product for palletizing.
•Operate and troubleshoot the Hugo Beck Bundling System, including set-up, basics/troubleshooting, roll alignment, and bundle webbing; print pallet labels using Pecas.
•Support quality by reviewing jobs for accuracy, ensuring finished product is error-free, and notifying operators immediately of problems.
•Perform downtime and make-ready tasks including webbing/blow-outs, cleaning the press area, changing doctor blades/rollers/stacker, and handling inks/solvent containers.
•Follow OHSE policies and hazardous materials/waste handling procedures; maintain safe, clean work areas and operate forklift equipment for material handling when applicable.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) with one to three years of related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability.
•Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including standing, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
•Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
