Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct end-to-end audits of procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract management, and purchase order issuance.
  • •Evaluate compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, approval matrices, and delegation of authority (DOA), and review transactions for accuracy and adherence to controls.
  • •Identify business and compliance risks, assess control effectiveness, perform control testing, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Audit vendor onboarding, empanelment, performance evaluation, RFQs, tendering, bid evaluations, and negotiation records, including contractual compliance.
  • •Analyze procurement spend data, prepare audit reports with risk ratings and recommendations, and track closure of findings with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in procurement audit, internal audit, procurement operations, supply chain controls, or risk management.
  • •Exposure to procurement lifecycle audits and vendor compliance reviews.
  • •Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, or project-based organizations (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • •MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or Procurement (preferred).
