Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide decision support and recommendations to senior leaders using rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • •Partner with leaders to define, prioritize, and align functional and cross-functional initiatives with enterprise strategy and objectives.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing risks and dependencies and delivering against objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • •Develop and deliver executive-ready communications that translate complex information into clear narratives and visualizations for leadership briefings.
  • •Evaluate current-state processes and ways of working to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery, including continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or related field and ten (10) years of progressive experience in leadership, operations, or strategic roles, including formal management experience.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or related field plus (15) fifteen years of Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting Process Improvement experience.
  • •Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as the utmost priority.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • •Ability to provide decision support and recommendations grounded in rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis.
