Key Responsibilities

•Act as a daily ambassador by embodying Hermès values and ensuring impeccable personal presentation and respect for brand standards.
•Participate in setting boutique goals and distributing responsibilities among advisors; observe performance and provide personalized coaching.
•Coach the team to deliver exceptional sales and service, including handling complex sales situations and ensuring elegant resolution of complaints.
•Develop and retain a clienteling portfolio through personalized client approaches; ensure CRM data quality and analyze key client profiles for targeted actions.
•Ensure operational excellence by enforcing internal procedures and quality standards, managing floor order and harmony, supporting schedules/coverage, and improving processes with operations leadership.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in high-end retail, ideally with operational responsibilities or coordinating teams on the floor.
•Ability to anticipate, listen, and adapt to ensure the client experience and day-to-day floor operations are executed with precision.
•Comfort managing complex situations, supporting both teams and clients even during busy periods.
•Autonomy, prioritization skills, and proficiency with digital tools to coordinate the sales floor effectively.
•Excellent communication in French and English, with natural ease in client and team interactions.
