Key Responsibilities

  • •Report directly to the Custodial Operations Manager and perform duties as directed.
  • •Monitor CCTV and radio systems in the control room, alert staff to alarms, and complete paperwork.
  • •Carry out routine net test calls and cell call checks.
  • •Manage Gatehouse access for visitors and staff, including vehicle searches when required.
  • •Assist in escorting vehicles around the establishment and allocate BWVC/equipment.

Salary: GBP 26,436.8 annually

Key Requirements

  • •GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent. Good IT skills.
  • •Desirable: knowledge of security procedures and MS Office applications; good communication with external agencies.
  • •Experience in a secure environment or similar client group (not mandatory).
  • •Full Driving licence.
  • •Shift work including nights.
