Own dispute resolution matters end-to-end, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory investigations. Review legal notices, pleadings, and settlement agreements, while managing external counsel performance and legal spend. Support negotiations and early resolutions, monitor legal developments, maintain dispute reporting, and provide dispute prevention guidance to business stakeholders.
