Job Summary

Support urban planning and development studies—including land use planning, master planning, and policy review—under guidance from the team. Key Responsibilities

•Support urban planning and development studies, including land use planning, master planning, and policy review under team guidance.
•Assist with research, data collection, mapping, and basic spatial analysis to inform planning and design decisions.
•Prepare diagrams, plans, maps, and presentations using GIS, CAD, Adobe, or similar tools.
•Translate planning concepts, datasets, and research findings into clear narratives and visual outputs.
•Support reports, concept notes, client deliverables, and research on urban trends, benchmarks, regulations, and international best practices (including Middle East context).

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
•Familiarity with GIS and analytical tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
•Basic understanding of planning processes, land use concepts, and spatial planning principles.
•Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
