Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Supplier Quality Management Systems, including program/policy documents, supplier document control, onboarding, audit management, and CAPA/COA/specifications.
  • •Develop and monitor supplier food safety and quality performance KPIs (audit results, complaints, non-conformances, documentation, CAPA) and report trends to leadership.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across 8 distribution centers to standardize food safety and quality practices and identify opportunities for automation and digital quality systems.
  • •Partner with Procurement, Operations, and other departments to ensure supplier food safety and quality requirements are embedded throughout the business.
  • •Support customer and regulatory inspections while cultivating a customer-centric quality culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or Food Manufacturing.
  • •2+ years of specification management, document control, and root cause/corrective action.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems and food safety regulations including HACCP, SQF, and GMPs.
  • •Experience with quality/ingredient certification knowledge (e.g., BRC, SQF, AIB, Organic) and familiarity with quality management systems like TraceGains (or similar).
