•Lead and develop a team of UX designers supporting US Pizza Hut digital products.
•Own UX execution quality for US experiences, from discovery through delivery.
•Partner with Product Management, UX senior leadership, and Engineering to inform roadmap and ensure feasible, scalable designs.
•Improve design operations and systems to increase efficiency, quality, and predictability.
•Communicate design rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders and influence cross‑functional partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,000 - 150,000 annually
