Job Summary

Develop and expand relationships with traditional financial institution clients, driving full-funnel conversion from initial contact to onboarding and trading. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and technical teams to launch institutional-grade offerings. Lead customer negotiations and contract execution, track client business updates to uncover new demand, and deliver market insights and competitive analysis. Own sales targets across AUM growth, trading volume, and new customer KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and expand traditional financial institution clients, build and maintain client relationship pipelines, and drive end-to-end conversion from contact to onboarding to trading.
•Collaborate closely with product, compliance, risk, and technology teams to deliver institutional-grade products and services.
•Handle customer negotiations and business terms, and drive contract signing and partnership rollout.
•Continuously monitor existing institutional clients’ business developments to identify incremental needs and drive cross-selling and increased customer lifetime value.
•Achieve sales targets across core KPIs such as AUM growth, trading volume, and new customers, while producing market insights and competitor analysis.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sales/BD experience in traditional financial services (e.g., investment banks, asset management, private banking, brokerages), with crypto industry experience preferred.
•A mature network of institutional clients and the ability to quickly establish high-level conversations.
•Basic understanding or strong willingness to learn emerging areas including crypto assets, digital asset custody, RWA, and DeFi.
•Fluent English and the ability to communicate professionally with global institutional clients independently.
•Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
