Lead Implementation Manager

Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers while owning strategic Highspot customer implementations as a player-coach. Define and execute implementation strategies for complex enterprise SaaS deployments, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations. Serve as a trusted customer advisor—designing solutions, creating project plans, training users, and ensuring on-time launches. Drive operational excellence through governance, forecasting, resource planning, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product.
