Job Summary

Support end-to-end healthcare EDI benefit administration by collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data for client implementations and renewals. Build and maintain benefit eligibility, demographic, and payroll deduction data files, run reconciliation to ensure accurate eligibility and billing, and troubleshoot data discrepancies with clients, vendors, and carriers. Use advanced Excel (pivot tables and macros) and reporting to produce production/ad hoc outputs, while coordinating data file delivery via FTP/SFTP and updating stakeholders and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform testing, implementation, revision, and maintenance of electronic data files for benefit eligibility, demographic, and payroll deduction data.
•Resolve data discrepancies weekly through communication and follow-up with clients and vendors, focusing on customer experience.
•Conduct import/export and data review for new client implementations and established renewals/changes, including reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
•Support trading partner file delivery via FTP/SFTP, troubleshooting to ensure timely and successful data receipt.
•Produce and maintain production and ad hoc reports, and contribute to documenting procedural improvements and business requirements for IT development projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,000 - 75,000

Key Requirements

•Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and creating/using macros, with ability to manage large volumes of data.
•Experience supporting enrollment platforms and CRMs (preferred).
•Strong analytical, math, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to protect confidential information.
•Ability to plan, organize, solve problems, manage time, and make decisions independently.
•Bachelor’s degree in Math or a data-related program is preferred, with 1-5 years of related work experience.
