Branch Leader - West Broward (DeNovo)

Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving branch performance through coaching, leadership, and business development. Own revenue growth by expanding small business and mass affluent client strategies through in-person appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, while executing branch engagement routines, partnering with IRM and operations teams, and managing human capital decisions including hiring and performance reviews.
