Key Responsibilities

  • •Invite proposals and manage consultant selection, negotiation, and RFP development for relevant design functions.
  • •Oversee design development from concept through detailed design, securing briefs, aligning cost estimates to budgets, and ensuring required approvals.
  • •Coordinate projects to meet time, cost, quality, and commercial return objectives, acting as a liaison between owner, consultants, contractors, and tenants.
  • •Collaborate with the Procurement Team to develop compliant procurement strategies and provide input/review for relevant stakeholders.
  • •Compile project status updates, manage reporting (including monthly Project Control Group papers and executive dashboards), and ensure handover commitments and sign-offs are completed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Business or Project Management from a premier institute.
  • •At least 7+ years of experience in a development or project role, delivering projects through handover and closeout.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FIDIC and construction techniques.
  • •Proven leadership and management abilities with excellent time management.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
