Job Summary

Drive verification and validation across multiple product development programs, ensuring design verification plans cover system requirements and continuously improve testing quality. Lead efforts to enhance V&V processes (tests, analyses, inspections, demonstrations) and collect/analyze/report V&V test data using inputs from test, analysis, warranty, quality, and telematics. Design and execute testing protocols for transport refrigeration systems, and support engineering digital thread initiatives using MBSE, requirements management, PLM, and SPDM.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed within product development programs to ensure the Design Verification Plan fully covers system requirements and proactively fill process gaps.
•Apply V&V methods across sustaining engineering projects with a continuous improvement mindset to increase quality.
•Enhance and develop V&V processes, including tests, analyses, inspections, and demonstrations.
•Collect, analyze, and report V&V test data and use data sources (test, analysis, warranty, quality, telematics) to evaluate and improve robustness of V&V methods.
•Design, develop, and execute testing protocols for transport refrigeration systems and components, and lead documentation and portions of digital thread initiatives (MBSE, requirements management, PLM, SPDM) as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,228.33 - 146,720 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in a product development role with knowledge of product development processes and tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (related field); candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply.
•Proven ability to lead and complete projects on time while meeting deliverables, including assessing risk and executing test plans.
•Ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects with limited supervision.
•Experience in a test laboratory environment with high proficiency in data acquisition and analysis tools (preferred).
