Job Summary

Develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule for integrated cost, schedule, and technical execution. Lead creation and upkeep of compliant IMS baselines, validate network logic and critical path completeness, and perform schedule risk analysis with mitigation integration. Provide weekly/monthly planning metrics using EVMS processes, mentor and train junior planners, and ensure IMS follows IPDS and program lifecycle expectations in a classified onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure integrated planning.
•Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules using customer requirements to achieve cost and schedule integration.
•Perform critical path, network logic validation, and completeness/accuracy reviews; identify missing or improperly planned work.
•Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results, interpret risk drivers, and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
•Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics using EVMS processes and mentor/train junior planners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
•Experience using scheduling software for creating and maintaining industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
•Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
•Ability to lead integration and maintenance of IMS work and ensure planned work is accurate, complete, and compliant with directives and best practices.
