Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure integrated planning.
  • •Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules using customer requirements to achieve cost and schedule integration.
  • •Perform critical path, network logic validation, and completeness/accuracy reviews; identify missing or improperly planned work.
  • •Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results, interpret risk drivers, and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and risk management process.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics using EVMS processes and mentor/train junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software for creating and maintaining industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
  • •Ability to lead integration and maintenance of IMS work and ensure planned work is accurate, complete, and compliant with directives and best practices.
