Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform printed circuit board inspection, rework, special component insertion, and post-assembly work.
  • •Perform verification on thru-hole and SMT electronic circuitry and ensure quality by passing good products.
  • •Execute lead and lead-free solder operations and identify parts and polarity on printed circuit boards.
  • •Read and work from manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision while meeting short- and long-term deadlines.
  • •Support the QMS by delivering quality products, maintaining a clean work area, following safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •1–2 years in manufacturing experience is preferred.

  • •Knowledge of soldering tools, including solder removal and part removal, plus rework experience.
  • •Current J Standard, IPC 610, and IPC-7711/7721 certifications (or equivalent).
